Attention Parents & Guardians:
All Eligibility Forms must be completed through Rank one before students are eligible to practice or participate in 2026-2027 seasons. This includes all participants 6-12th grades. Attached is a tutorial on how to create an account in rank one and find and fill out the forms needed for eligibility. All participants must also have a current physical which will be turned into their coaches and uploaded into rank one. Need your student's ID number? Student ID number can be found in your child's sylogist account. If you can not find it call the office or email Coach Taylor at jttaylor@vian.k12.ok.us. Anyone unable to complete due to lack of technology will be able to sign up and complete forms on Aug. 11th during open house. Computers will be available along with assistance if needed.
