Lady Wolverines Place 3rd at Checotah Track Meet 2014

The Lady Wolverines placed 3rd over all at the Checotah Track Meet on Apr. 18, 2014.  Jennifer Hunter placed first in the long jump.  Mykala Rich placed 2nd in the mile run. Kiley Troutman placed 4th in the 100 meter hurdles.  Kaydi Wingo placed 3rd in the 300 hurdles, and Kiley Troutman placed 4th.  The girls' mile relay team, Cresha Taylor, Desiree Moon, Nese Walters, and Shawntale Buttery, placed 4th in the mile relay. TSA Wins at State Conference

     Vian High School and Middle School TSA students attended the 36th Annual TSA State Conference held at the Reed Convention Center in Midwest City, Oklahoma.  On Monday, March 31, TSA students left for Midwest City to stay overnight for competitions the next morning.  On Tuesday and Wednesday, TSA members competed in various events relating to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).  These events consisted of speeches, essays, debate, graphic design, technical sketching, computer-aided . . . read more
